The 9E Ranch is located in the Lost Pine Forest between Bastrop and Smithville, near the small town of Rosanky. The ranch has 320 acres with ponds and Piney Creek for hiking, nature and bird watching. Each of the four private cabin has a kitchen with pots, pans and dishes as well as a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove and grill. The 9E Ranch is a great place to relax on the porch of a cabin.Come and enjoy time where time slows down! Experience the cowboy life staying in the Texas Lone Star Log Cabin with cowhide rug, cow horns and art by Joan Bohls on the walls. On a cold chilly night, warm up with on old fashioned wood burning stove, drink your coffee sitting on the porch watching the red birds flit through the trees. Grill our doors or cook in a kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes.microwave. Stargaze at night out the sky window. Eagles Nest Log Cabin is the perfect place for anniversaries, honeymoons and romantic stays with the feel of a tree house, views from the top of the hilltop, it gives a feel of Colorado. Queen bed, antique bathtub, living room with window views on three sides. Daisy Cabin, perfect accommodations for a family with two bedrooms,complete kitchen, grill, washer/dryer. Daisy has decks and views on every side and is on top a hill. Michelle's Log Cabin is for the horse lover with the horse theme throughout across from the horse pasture. Fenced yard for your well behaved dog (that stays off the bed) for $15 per night per dog) Queen bed in the loft, two twins downstairs accommodates four guests. Kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes.

Welcome to the 9E Ranch, a Texas working cattle ranch. Come and stay a while and experience the beauty and tranquility of Texas in one of the romantic cabins on the ranch. Kent and Joan have lived on the 9E Ranch welcoming guests for 23 years. The ranch was in Joan's family and she has been coming here since she was a young child. Joan is a retired teacher and artist. Kent is a retired Lutheran pastor and the main cowboy managing the Longhorns.
